1.Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3jlo" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 3jlo.app and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the 3jlo platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the 3jlo platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, bingo rooms, sports betting markets, and specialty games available on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 3jlo to players.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, including those issued by PAGCOR.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the 3jlo platform is restricted or prohibited under Applicable Law.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 3jlo, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
2. Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
3. Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 3jlo or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
5. Not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the 3jlo platform or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program;
6. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and keep such information current at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 3jlo. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3jlo reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

3.Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 3jlo account and update it regularly;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 3jlo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account, including family members.

3jlo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified 3jlo of unauthorized access prior to such activity occurring.

4.Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3jlo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3jlo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 3jlo account.
• 3jlo reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.

3jlo reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

3jlo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except in accordance with applicable wagering requirements.
• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 3jlo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, 3jlo's decision shall be final and binding.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6.Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 3jlo platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by trained human dealers under real-time supervision. 3jlo is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

Players agree to:

• Play games solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose;
• Not use any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Not exploit any technical error, malfunction, or software bug in the platform's favor — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Not engage in collusion with other players or with any 3jlo employee;
• Not engage in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct.

3jlo reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical malfunction, human error, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Game results are final once confirmed by the platform. 3jlo does not accept disputes based on a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

7.Responsible Gaming

3jlo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 3jlo platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

3jlo operates under applicable PAGCOR regulatory guidelines and supports the responsible gaming framework established for the Philippine market. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek professional assistance.

8.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3jlo platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made through your account;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3jlo staff or other players;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 3jlo platform without prior written consent.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 3jlo platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 3jlo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Use any 3jlo trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 3jlo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to comply with your security obligations under Section 3;
• Any technical malfunction, network failure, or connectivity issue beyond 3jlo's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 3jlo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

3jlo's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Account Closure and Termination

Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting 3jlo customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wag ering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

Closure by 3jlo: 3jlo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure after prior written notice.

Where 3jlo closes your account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in your account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at 3jlo's discretion, subject to Applicable Law.

12.Privacy and Data Protection

3jlo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your data:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations;
• 3jlo will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements;
• 3jlo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

13.Amendments to These Terms

3jlo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3jlo will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 3jlo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 3jlo platform, you agree to first contact 3jlo's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved informally.

Formal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
